The three climbers with the highest total feet climbed in July will win one of three prizes provided by The Spot! 1st Place: 50% off one-month Membership 2nd Place: $50 Retail Credit 3rd Place: Choice of Chalk Bag. \nAll proceeds fund support services for survivors of sexual abuse in the climbing community. Because of climbers like you\, our 24-hour support line is coming to life across the entire country\, allowing survivors to receive counseling and vetted local resources for services wherever they are. \nThank you for helping to make the climbing community safer.

DESCRIPTION:Join Never Solo and Friends of Joshua Tree at Climb Smart 2026! Never Solo will give two keynote presentation at the event outlining the realities of abuse in climbing and our shared mission to elevate survivors and confront the silence. This 3-day event runs all day Friday through Sunday from November 20-22. Unique mini-clinics run by working guides at Joshua Tree National Park offer introduction and refresher content in 2 or 3 session tracks\, as well as managed toprope climbing for those who simply want to try their skills on the quartz monzonite stone. Each evening a catered dinner is provided and a stage show delivers entertainment\, inspiration and more education in multimedia format. We always have great brand sponsors and local and regional retailers as well as as gear giveaways. The attendee of Climb Smart will leave more experienced\, better networked\, psyched for climbing and likely with some swag items too.
