Resources for Climbers
Be the partner who believes.
You don’t need all the answers. You just need to show up. Free cards, stickers, and an ally toolkit help you be the reason someone reaches out.
The free Ally Kit
Carry support wherever you climb.
Real change in climbing doesn’t start with policies. It starts with people. You can be the friend someone trusts with the hardest thing they’ve ever said out loud, and the climber who speaks up when something feels wrong.
How you can help
- Put a sticker on your crash pad, helmet, bottle, or car and start the conversation.
- Keep a card in your chalk bag or wallet for the moment someone needs it.
- Learn how to respond to a disclosure with the Climber’s Ally Toolkit.

Saw or heard something?
You don’t have to be sure to reach out.
A comment that didn’t sit right. A friend who’s been different since a trip. Something you witnessed at the gym or crag. The hotline is for witnesses, friends, and partners too, and a trained crisis specialist can help you think through what you saw and what to do next.
01
Trust your gut
If something felt wrong, it’s worth taking seriously. You don’t need proof to ask for guidance.
02
Check in, gently
A simple “Hey, are you okay?” in private can open a door. Let them lead and don’t push for details.
03
Believe and listen
If someone discloses, thank them for telling you. Believing them is the most important thing you can do.
04
Ask the hotline
